The water diet isn’t the latest discovery. It is used in Japan and other Asian countries since the oldest times.

Everything you need to do is to drink water. More exactly, 2 liters of water every day. It’s best if you start from the beginning of the day.

In the morning, you should have a 250 ml glass of water to drink while you get ready for your job or school.

That’s how you’ll start your day full of energy. You should drink the last glass of water at least on hour before bed, to maintain you hydrated through the night.

You’re probably thinking that so much water will make you bloated and you won’t be able to eat anymore.

The truth is that, yes, it will lower your appetite, but you can eat anything you want. Just don’t exaggerate with sweets.

The water diet is super simple because you don’t have to calculate the calories in your foods.

How does the water diet help you? Well, first of all you don’t have to worry about being dehydrated, no matter the season.

Don’t suddenly start this diet if you’re not used to big quantities of water. You can start with 2 glasses of 500 ml each – one in the morning and one in the evening. You’ll reach your goal of 2 liter per day, step by step.

Don’t drink water while you’re eating, because it will do harm to your digestion and you might feel bloated.

Let go of coffee and soda, they consume your calcium.
If, at some point, you get bored with simple water, just add some lemon.

I have upped my water intake alot with my latest diet, this is my 11th week and lost 36lbs.. the extra water does help plus after a while your body gets used to it so the toilet visits reduce :)

Excellent, I've heard of the water diet. Your post is pretty spot on from what I've heard. If I where to start this though, I might need to get a big container and use the water filter machine down the street at the store. Our tap here isn't that great. You can just smell the chlorine in it and it gives me a stomach ache if I drink too much of it at once. Blech.

My biggest struggle in drinking enough water throughout the day.
