Why Is It Essential To Innovate?

in #life6 years ago

Often we get into certain habits; we forget to change things up. This causes things to get boring; then we wonder why time goes by so fast. Growing is something many of us forget to do. We are often too busy to focus on our self-development. We do things the same way every day. Never straying off our regular path. Sometimes trying new things can allow us to grow faster. But we often don't want to take the risk of failure.

Innovating doesn't necessarily have to be life-changing or world changing. It can be as simple as changing your hobbies. It Could be easy as taking a new way to work, or eating something weird for lunch that you normally wouldn't eat. This can disrupt your daily habits in your daily schedule without you realizing it. Small changes can lead to larger changes in the long-term. Sometimes you have to give weird things a chance.

People Get Bored

We often blame others for our boredom. Or we focus too much on our phones, we often forget the boredom lies within us. That it's our fault were bored not somebody else's. When we do things the same way all the time, we forget that they're so much more to life out there.

We Fail To Grow

We often think that school is the end of our education. The school has nothing to do with our education. Our education is something that goes on throughout life. And is responsible for our growth. This is why trying new things is important and setting on her own is also important. Most people do not read another book after college. And they wonder why they have the same ideas every day. The majority of the ideas we have every day are the same as yesterday's we rarely have new ideas on a day-to-day basis. Even though every day may seem slightly different each day is pretty much the same.

Just take the risk

Sometimes innovating whether it's our daily schedule, our business, or a way of life. Causes us failure. But this is necessary for daily growth. Do you want to look at yourself 40 years from now and see that you haven't grown at all? Or would you rather see massive developments and who you are is a human?

While I type most of my blog posts, today I tried something different. I'm using software to dictate my blog post. I'm trying to be more productive, of course, this could potentially waste more of my time. But it also could save me massive amounts of time. This is one small example of innovation happening in my life. Whatever your goals are you can find a way to innovate so you can do things the way you want to get closer to your goals.

In my case, productivity is very important. So I'm trying to find ways to save time, so I can get more done each day.

Many people want to change the world

So many of us want to make an impact in this world, but we underestimate the small changes that we can make. Not all of us can make massive earth-changing impact. But we can make small impacts that will make a difference. It's like the definition of insanity; doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

But this is life many of us live.

We do the same thing every day and then wonder why we are getting closer to what we want in life. Which is often nothing like what we have right in front of us.

But if you focus on making tiny changes and building tiny habits those will make the biggest impact. Even small impacts in your daily schedule will free up more time to do what you want to do and things that will make changes in the world.

Saving a little bit of time here and there will allow me to build my business faster. This will gate give me financial freedom. These resources will allow me to accomplish bigger goals that I have, like making a difference in our world's oceans. Being able to volunteer, being able to help others without worrying about how I'm going to pay my bills later on. So maybe dictating this post only saves me five minutes, but if I save five minutes on every post that I write, it's going to add up quickly. And that's how everything works.

Look What Happened To Toys R' Us

It's sad really, But we have seen companies like Blockbuster and Toys R' Us go down because they couldn't innovate fast enough. If we aren't growing, and adapting to what the world wants, We can't expect to get where we want to be.

Being innovative is more important than any other skill these days, because essentially all non creative tasks will sooner or later be replaced by computers. So either we have to be a programmer, a technician, or someone innovative that tells the robots and computers what needs to be made or solved.

Absolutely 'adapt or die'. Look at the Neom setup, the plans for the automation and robotics of the city are mind-blowing. I am amazed that it has not created more of a stir since it has the potential to redefine so much about the current way we live.

Sometimes the more we have the more we are defensive in trying not to loose it instead of getting more. Blockbuster and Toys R Us are great examples.

nice

heheh i do think a innate desire to create and innovate is such a positive thing in life - never get bored!! In fact, it's the opposite - always running out of time

@kaylinart my friend Infuse your life with action. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen... yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.

I concur with this. At the point when individuals are youthful, particularly, they have to differ things a considerable amount until the point when they find what works best for themselves. This is particularly obvious when we think about the most ideal approaches to remain solid. AND...that does not really compare with staying "fit." Many "fit" individuals have passed on youthful from absence of legitimate supplements, or negative behavior patterns in different parts of their lives, or from stretch.
For me in any case, and representing nobody else, I haven't been to a specialist for a long time and am 57, and very solid, in spite of being overweight. What works for me is ROUTINE, for some odd reason, particularly in my dietary regimen and vitamin/supplement consumption. I swear by Vitamin D3, for instance, and have not had a chilly since I began taking it frequently 15+ years prior at this point. That is only a case...

yet I additionally have confidence in supplements, for example, turmeric, cayenne, cinnamon, ginger, nigella seeds, and many more. I ingest these day by day, and take bunches of different vitamins too.
I should practice more, without a doubt however, and I am chipping away at that...

Thank You @kaylinart you just gave me a little Boost this Morning to try something different. Now I think I will go make myself some scrambled eggs...................

Thanks @kaylinart for the article about the need to innovate, it is possible that I can translate it into Spanish with your permission.

I agree with this. When people are young, especially, they need to vary things quite a bit until they find what works best for themselves. This is especially true when we consider the best ways to stay healthy. AND...that does not necessarily equate with staying "fit." Many "fit" people have died young from lack of proper nutrients, or bad habits in other areas of their lives, or from stress.

For me anyway, and speaking for no one else, I haven't been to a doctor for 20 years and am 57, and quite healthy, despite being overweight. What works for me is ROUTINE, strangely enough, especially in my dietary regimen and vitamin/supplement intake. I swear by Vitamin D3, for example, and have not had a cold since I started taking it regularly 15+ years ago now. That is just an example, but I also believe in supplements such as turmeric, cayenne, cinnamon, ginger, nigella seeds, and quite a few more. I ingest these daily, and take lots of other vitamins as well.

I should exercise more, for sure though, and I am working on that...

Great post, by the way!
