Don't hate bullies!
Seeing various cases of bullying that occur everywhere are not familiar anymore, both around the school, workplace, to the community. Bullying can be in the form of words or acts of violence carried out with a physical touch. Whatever it is, bullying is indeed not justified and must be punished.
Then do bullies have to be hated for committing these acts? The perpetrators of bullying must be punished, but not with hate punishment. No matter how bad the behavior is, hate is not the right way. Embrace perpetrators of bullying so they don't engage in negative activities anymore. If you have a friend who often bullies other people, invite him to do lots of positive things in everyday life. So that he can vent his anger on something positive. In addition, growing empathy is also very necessary. So that we can feel each other that being victims of bullying is not good.
Someone who has high empathy in himself will think back when he wants to bully others. He will undo his evil intentions because he positioned himself on the victims of bullying. So, it is important for us, especially for the perpetrators of bullying to instill a sense of empathy in each of us.
n this case, parents and family have the main role to form empathy in their children. In addition, the friendship environment can also affect a person's behavior. Therefore, create a positive friendship environment. Do not let you or the people around you fall into negative friendships.
If you have a friend whose hobby is bullying others with words or physical actions, try to remind them that what they are doing is inappropriate. Give him understanding, support him to change into a more positive person, not just hated and shunned. Bullying victims must be protected, but bullying also needs to be loved, not to be hated.

Bullying is a significant problem that many people facing, in more or less bad way. It is a good post that makes people think about it, so long we do not involve in such things we tend not to worry about but I believe we all responsible for our community and friends, no matter in school, Uni or work place.
