Late Night Discussion with Some Bites

A late night light dinner while having a discussion with my friend on urban farming and business. While we brain storm ideas and look for opportunity on how to get things to the market, I also learned a lot from him as he had the experience to sell the system and engage with the customer. Most importantly, it is about the planning and execution. Without proper planning, we may have a short term success but we could be lost after that and it becomes not sustainable. Then, action is the key to make things happen, so of course the commitment has to be there to do the hard work. No doubt, it will be a different road and not an easy one as there are so many unknowns ahead. Having partners that share similar vision and have the know how experience to share is a source of confidence for me to pursue the dream. If I were to be solo in this pursuance, I would say it is unlikely for me to start anything as there are too many holes for me and there is lesser chance for me to get the return. Now, with the resources in place, I get the sense of the process from 0 to 1. It is important for me to go through this process as this will then lead me to 1 to N, leading to a sustainable business. With that being said, I will have to do whatever it takes to get it to the N. Again, it is always exciting to do something together in a small team and fight for the ultimate prize.
