Money, time, and relationships.

Don't lend money you need. Like, don't invest money you can't afford to lose. Don't borrow that in which you can't pay back. Sounds simple, sounds logical, and some might even say sounds like common knowledge. Maybe in theory it is and isn't in practice. The average debt per household tells me that borrowing and lending money doesn't always correlate to common sense in financial stability.

Yet, those same individuals will tell ya. Don't do it!

They will say time is money, but invest money on zero return deals. They don't sell it like that. They just buy it. Doing some math and if one pays $1500 monthly on rent instead of $500, do you know in twelve months that's a down payment on their dream home? No-No, it's not that simple. They can't save that if there are credit cards to pay if their clothes to be purchased, and cars to drive. Why live with less when you can borrow for more?

Time, relationships, and money.

Living in my twenties is as they said. A time you will not forget because now you remember everything. You often hear you only live ones and long enough to wish you hadn't. Off we go on this adventure of living for today, waiting for tomorrow, but preparing only to recovery from yesterday. The our bodies remind us our twenties are fleeting. The average overweight adult isn't older or younger but in every age group. Yet, our plates remind us we haven't changed how much we chew, just how much we wish we didn't.

Yet, those same individuals will tell ya, don't do it!

Save the funds, invest the funds, live within your means and don't waste your time. Remember live and live well. People have told me, will tell me, and I remind them to live like no one else so one day you CAN live like no one else.

Take the cryptic message as a Kubby rant of frustration. I feel time fleeting, I see money creeping in, and I know relationships are changing and making peace with it all is leaving me speaking in circles.
