Why It's Important to be Active

Exercise is not only scientifically proven to be good for you, but also something that's built into each and every one of us. We know as human beings that it feels good to move our bodies around.

No matter how smart you are or how developed your mind is if you're not healthy then​ you just won't​ feel right. I'm not sure if it's the negative chemicals in our brains when we're eating badly or some other physiological condition but it's so important​ to work out or do something active each day.

Our bodies are the vessels that we experience this world through. If you owned a boat, you wouldn't drive it when you knew there was a problem with the engine. Same thing goes with our bodies. Make sure you're keeping yours in tip-top shape.
