Why in California public baths are banned.
The law banning the bath was adopted in the late 1980s. The reason for the adoption of such law of service is the statistics that the majority of homosexuals suffering from AIDS have become infected in public baths. The legislator decided to stop the epidemic by adopting a prohibiting law.
