Today I learned:

The 5.0 update of new Unicode emoji covers 56 new characters that will be released in Unicode 10.0 in June, plus 183 emoji sequences used for gender and skin-tone variants, and the 3 new flags for England, Scotland, and Wales.

• Unicode v10.0 now includes a vomiting emoji and a breastfeeding woman.
• There’s now a Face With One Eyebrow Raised (aka Colbert Emoji).
• There’s a list for non-gendered equivalents of the boy/girl, man/woman and older man/older woman.
• Two dinosaurs have made it: Sauropod3 and T-Rex.
• Activities such as rock climbing, sauna, yoga/meditation are on the list
• Warm clothing was added such as socks, gloves, and a coat.
