MALAYSIA

Once, Malaysia had the tallest buildings in the world. Still holding the current record for tallest twin buildings in the world. Singapore, which is one of the richest country in the world with one of the highest GDP, was once part of Malaysia. Malaysia was in the past called MALAYA and that's when Singapore joined and Malaysia got it's SI placed into it. 

Kuala Lumpur is the capital of Malaysia. It has one of the highest tourist incoming out of the top ten of the world best travel destination. 

In this country, I guess, you've got the oldest prime minister in the world. He used to be the Prime Minister of the country in the past but due to corruption, he came out of retirement and became prime minister again at the age of 92.

Malaysia is home to AIRASIA  , one of the world's most famous low cost airlines. 

This country is oil rich and is located near a busy port. The different races blend in well and there is a relatively low amount of discrimination. There is very low gun violence in this country and having a gun in Malaysia, if caught by authorities leads to a death penalty. Carrying drugs or selling drugs of more than a certain amount leads to death penalty. 

I am staying in Sarawak, which is part of Malaysia. 

This is one of the largest cave in the world and many tourist around the world come here. This cave dates back to the stone ages and there are still early drawings from the stone age and some tombs. This is located nearby my city which is just about a forty minutes drive. 

This is the city I live in, MIRI. 

This is the view at night. In my city, the mosque and the church have been built side by side.

This is one of the beach view with the iconic Seahorse which represents the city of Miri. 


This mansion basically has a flyover. It becomes to one of the large tycoons in the city.

Next to my city, is the kingdom of Brunei Darussalam. 

Istana Nurul Iman which is the Sultan's or rulers residence holds the Guinness world record for the most number of rooms for a residential area. 

It has one of the cheapest prices for oil per litre price of only 53 cents/ per litre. 

This country is one of the only countries that is completely debt free. 

This country is home to some of the most luxurious car per capita. Most people in Brunei drive a toyota at a minimal and those older models of Audi can sell for as low as USD 2.5 K.


These are just some of the 7000 cars the Sultan has. 

Then there is this hotel. The empire hotel. There is a rumour that this hotel has threads in its carpet that is made of gold. The only thing that I could possible say it that, it's marvelous in it's architecture alone. 


There are a lot of unique things about Malaysia, but these are just some of them. I guess, it would take a long time to try to mention everything.
