Here's a part no seven of how to develop our productivity progress. You might take time and get better imagine about my thoughts. And then give me any suggestions as you have.

The time has come for you to have a break if you have difficulty in working and mental distress. So, spend a day of rest in the same day, just like having a break. It takes 60 minutes for food. Decreasing it by 30 minutes is harmful. Take a break at a good rest for weekends and relax. It is necessary to go to the sanctuary for a swim, mountaineering, and night to leave the house. If the project you are doing is a mental tragedy, the best thing is if you are overwhelmed by it at the end of the week.

No matter how many, some do not do this. Their habitual pattern and thinking pattern has been accumulated because of the exhausted work. Recognize your self-image. Some are for the struggles. That is relative to their self-concept. When the concept of self-concept is strengthened, unnecessary harassment can be reduced.
