Hello everyone! It is hard to fell asleep sometimes. It is strange – we are tired at work for the whole day. At last we are in bed and… nothing. We cant sleep. We began to think about everything, about problems and affairs. Our brain work harder and harder, our mood goes down. In this situation to fall asleep is a real hard work. It is 3:00 AM, you need to wake up at 6:00 AM… And I think I am not alone with these problems. But some days ago I have found one interesting technique in internet, that helped me a lot with my insomnia. This technique is in an open access in the internet, but I have found it only now (quite possibly, you don’t know it too). I think, it will be useful and interesting for you, to know about this helpful technique.

It came from the past. This technique helps to come into a trances and helps to have a real relax. Also simple men used it for a deep meditation. So, how does it work?

When we are worry or feel some dangerous, our breathing becomes quicker and shallow. Our heartbeat goes high. Everything else, the more we can not sleep, the more our mind becomes to think and our brain works harder and harder. All this does not contribute to good rest and sleeping. The action of this technique is aimed to slowing heart rate, breathing normalization and pacification of the brain. All this together will help us to fall asleep in 5 minutes, or maybe even less. What do we have to do?

First, lie down comfortably. Try to relax. And start slowly inhale the air through the nose for 4 seconds. At this time, carefully reckon in the mind to 4. Next you need to hold your breath for 7 seconds. Do not forget to reckon in the mind, it is important! And then sloooowly start to exhale for 8 seconds. After several repetitions of this cycle you will fall asleep. Have a Good night and sweet dreams!

Looks strange, it would not work! Yes, I thought the same at the beginning. But don’t be so skeptical. At first just try to use it. Bu the way, it is free, you will not lose anything. Now I want to share with you my experience of using it.

Day 1.
I was in bed at 00:00 AM. Lay down comfortably, started to count and to breath. But my brain started to think about everything. “It is work tomorrow, we have no money, our girlfriend is lying…” Stop, relax pls. 6 – exhalation, 7 – exhalation, 8 – exhalation. Looks strange, but at the fourth cycle I have no any thinks in brain. Shortly to say – I fell asleep in 25 minutes. It is more pleasant than 2 hours, I think. Day 2.

Lay down, everything is comfortable. I was happy, that technique is work, so I begin to breath and to count. Everything is good, have no thinks in mind (it is busy, it is count). But I had a little problem – sometimes I have a little lack of air. This day my result was not so good – 25 minutes again.

Day 3.
I did a conclusion, that in first 4 seconds I need to breathe deeper. My decision was correct. It is more comfortable. My result of this day – 12 minutes.

Day 4.
This day I used all my experience. Deep breathe, comfortable bed, counting in brain and… it is happened! I woke up fresh at morning. My result was great – 5 minutes!

In conclusion I can say, that this method works well. Everything you need – to use it step-by step and a little bit of patience. Good luck!
