National Kazakh dish "Beshbarmak"
My mother cooked this dish when I visited her. She always tries to cook something tasty for my arrival. Beshbormak is easy to cook. First boil a lot of meat (preferably lamb), then make durum in the same broth, sprinkle with onions. Spread flatbread on the plate, then meat and everything. Very nourishing and tasty
