Genus Fragaria or Strawberry Fruit

Who dont like Strawberry?mostly like this fruit They are grown in every state and are available at most markets.

Most strawberries in Indonesia are grown in high land with temperature 17-20f or in the cold or warm area such as :

1.West java-Bandung(Jalan Cigugur Girang No. 145, Cigugur Girang, Parongpong, Kabupaten Bandung Barat.)

3.Emte Highland Resor located in Jl. Ciwidey, Patengan, Rancabali, Bandung.

The fruits are rich of vitamin C,had high fiber contents and are commonly eaten fresh as a dessert fruit,juice,pie,cake toping and used as various ways.

It has many benefits as antioxidant, antiaging,to prevent cancers, diabetes,to reduce hypertensions,eyes conditions, skin glowing, healthy hair and many other benefits.
I like using strawberries for hair mask, facemask and juice,and it proofed make my skin glowing and my hair healthy and shining too.
