Womp, Woooomp! He Did it Again...

in #life6 years ago

After meeting with North Korea's Kim Jong Un last month, Trump announced to the world that the nuclear threat of global thermonuclear war, a problem that has existed for decades, was now over.

And why? Because he met with the man and they liked each other, of course. Plus, Ol' Kimmy said so! No matter that Kim Jong Un has made similar promises before to other presidents or that Un is a psychopath who kills political rivals and/or family members who displease him with anti-aircraft missiles and flame throwers (which is what Trump, I think, admires most about him).

To Trump, Un made the promise to him personally. And in Trump's narcissistic, self-loving, bloviated and arrogant egoism, he can't fathom that someone would lie to him. At least not before he gets a chance to lie first.

But Un has beat Trump to the punch. Trump has been trumpled by the Little Rocket Man himself.

Last week, North Korea threw cold water Trump's rosy assessment of peace in our time by denigrating US tactics, calling them a “unilateral and gangster-like demand for denuclearization”. (Read more about their comments HERE). Not only is any deal to de-nuclearize off the table (if there truly ever was one), no doubt North Korea will use what they call America's "gangster-like" tactics to justify increased and expedited pursuit of nuclear weapon testing and development.

Well, ain't that just grand? Trump's America is being shown the door again, having been outplayed, out-lied and out-trumpled on the world stage. Thanks for playing, and don't let the door hit you in the ass as you leave.

Looks like global thermonuclear war is back on the menu, folks! Congrats Trump, you did it again! Careful what you wish for, America... you might just get it.

Watch this space for more Wompings in what will be, unfortunately, regular postings of Trump related "Womp, Womps".

Hi.
the game of politics is full of deceits and empty promises.
We all thought that the problem of North Korea was finally being resolved, but the truth is not so easy to solve, it will be years before a real agreement is reached where it can be said that a lasting peace was achieved in the peninsula of Korea. and being an optimist for news that is read about business with North Korea is not positive.

Hola Luis, de los Estados Unidos.

I agree that the game of politics is full of deceit and empty promises. Even Eistein said "Politics is more difficult than physics." That's why Trump's childish beliefs, backed by his adoring supporters, that he can solve the most difficult world problems by just showing up to a meeting are so dangerous. Serious problems require serious minds, answers and solutions. Not silly platitudes and slogans. But that's all we can expect from Trump because that's all he's ever done.

Gracias por su post!

Don't buy into the N Koreans internal propaganda, they also talk a lot about unicorns.
