Let's Begin
If you need space, then you must create it.
If you want change, you must be able to exert effort.
We all are here to change ourselves.
We all are here to become the best version of ourselves.
How shall we do this?
Well, there are three CRITICAL steps.
First,
We must know and accept where we are.
This can be the hardest ... especially when we want so badly to be better.
Take a deep breath ... and let yourself acknowledge where you truly are.
No judgement, no criticism.
It is ok.
You are ok.
You will grow.
Next,
you must know where you are going.
Growth without direction will be less effective.
Setting goals is key to progressive growth.
They help us measure our progress and give us a guiding light when we are struggling.
If you do not know where you want to be, take time before moving forward.
Create at least (1) goal that is S.M.A.R.T.
Lastly,
you must practice radical self acceptance.
Anytime we are trying to change we will face our own inner limitations.
This can and will cause emotional turmoil.
We will question ourselves, our capacity, our worthiness.
We must be a warrior, fearlessly supporting ourselves in every way.
Without this internal conviction we may never find what we are searching for.
Are you worthy of the goals you seek?
Yes!
Are you worthy of love, of happiness and of joy?
Yes!
Are you worthy of your own love?
Yes!
Spend time in this space.
Learn to embrace yourself from the inside, offering support and compassion without judgement.
As you practice, your mind and your heart will come into unison.
You will become powerful and your heart will be at peace.
May you find what you are searching for.
May your light shine into the world and brighten the lives of others.

Oh geeze this is so true. There are some days when it feels like a struggle. Trusting in the universe is one of the hardest things that I have ever tried to do. Wishing myself luck on this one!!

Muy buena motivación, porque muchas veces, por tantas dificultades de la vida a veces olvidamos hasta quienes somos y debemos analizarnos de vez en cuando para saber como actuar en los distintos ámbitos y roles que tenemos hija,esposa, madre, hermana, amiga...gracias .
