Eating Out

It is sometimes challenging to have your little ones tagging along when dining out. But many of us wouldn't have it any other way. Family time is so important and paying someone to mind the little ones while you enjoy a meal in town could bust your dinner budget. Don't get me wrong, there are occasions where it is necessary to leave the children with the sitter.

Thank goodness for family friendly restaurants that provide designated play areas so that parents could eat in peace while the littles ones enjoy their own kind of fun.

I would be happy if the restaurant or cafe provides paper and crayons or better still some puzzles to keep the kiddo occupied. Having the kiddo at the table could be challenging sometimes. He could get bored and fidgety while waiting for his meal or apple juice.

We often bring along his little toys like Mattel cars or train wagons in case paper and crayon are not available at the restaurant.
