In my local park
I recently decided to start working on my fitness atleast on my weekends. And today I am here in the park for a walk and some exercises.
The park was buzzing with children and I decided to frequently post my actifit report as well. I always used to stay at home and study for exams but have broken that vicious cycle.
In my city Bangalore, almost all parks have a gym type of area where you can exercise.

These instruments are provided by the park for free. It is kind of free gym for us here. This made me curious if such stuff is there in other countries as well. Do you people also have such mini open gyms in parks?

ah very cool its great to see more of these free park gyms popping up it really breaks the monotony of just plain old running and gives your body a new challenge and you can mix it up so you never get bored

Nice to hear. Glad these things are present. It actually motivate us to work out when you see very small kids and very old men working out as well. Nice to know you.
