Tomorrow ~ Put Down Your Damn Phone and Look at Your Children!
Your children long for you to pull yourself out of your phone or tablet, and look at them. Go outside and kick some leaves, or toss a football around go on an adventure. Whatever you do, make sure they know they have your undivided attention.

Yup... more parents need to spend "real" time with their kids... not be in close proximity for a few hours.
