There is always this one person that every body loves, that quickly draws everyone's attention, they may not be the smartest in the room but they are just charming. We must admit that there are blunt and arrogant successful people but people are more attracted to the former than the latter.

Then how can one build a Charming Personality?

• Make Others Feel Special
  A charming person makes people feel important even if they are meeting them for the first time. Always try to remember a person's name, and try to repeat the persons name in the middle of a conversation. Make them feel smart and unique.

• Be a good listener
  Always show interest in what a person has to say, show them that you are interested to know them. Ask them about themselves and listen to them. Also share some things about you as well, it will make them feel like you have a connection with them. If they have interest in something you are not acquainted with, ask questions. People love to describe their hobbies or interests to others, don't be ashamed to admit that you don't know a particular thing. Don't dominate the conversation.

• Don't be in a hurry to leave
  While talking to a person, put your focus on that person. Act like you are giving them all your time, don't rush the conversation. When sitting down, turn towards the person and give your full attention.

• Maintain a Connection
  While talking it is important to look the person in the eye, it shows that you are genuinely interested in the person. Also try to touch gently not sexually, probably a pat on the shoulder. Also looking in the eye helps you have a control or a hold of the person. Then smile, as look at the person, it will make them open up themselves to you without stress.

• Treat People with Respect
  Try to respect their opinions, don't look for ways to disagree with them. Nod when they talk, smile when they smile and if you don't agree with them, compliment them first and offer your suggestions politely. Everyone wants to be treated like a king, treat them how they want to be treated.

• Be open-minded and positive
  A charming person is open minded. Try to learn new things from the people you meet, know what they love and offer to try it with them. Genuinely compliment people. Be positive! There is nothing attractive in negativity.

Be polite, be humble.. When you adapt the qualities in your personal life and business, then you will attract the right people to you.
