Stavo navigando in rete ed ero curioso di sapere perché dovremmo dormire bene, poiché le conseguenze sono molto dannose per la nostra salute, qui lascio alcune delle conseguenze
Indebolisce il nostro sistema immunitario; Ciò significa che ci rende vulnerabili ai virus.
Provoca stati pre-diabetici; Ciò significa che ci sentiremo affamati quasi tutto il tempo in cui siamo svegli.
L'affetto delle nostre prestazioni, mentale e fisica, non viene eseguito nei nostri lavori.
Possiamo soffrire di disturbi dell'umore, questo significa che possiamo soffrire di depressione, rabbia ingiustificata.
