Six (6) months on Steemit: The Journey So Far.
It doesn't feel like a long time since December 2016, maybe that's because I predicted $30 a steem, to this time of the year.
Imagine my surprise when I realised I was already 6 months old on steemit.
There has been ups and downs
Good moments, and times I literally ran away from steemit. All the better, cause I came back strong and committed.
I had a good start though, the best my friends would say.
And some very frustrating times, when I would make $0.01 for a number of posts.
I know.. I know... your's was worse $0.00 , but this is about me, not you.
Anyway here we are, @ Rep 50. I know it might not seem much, but it is for me.
It represents to me, proof of my commitment to this platform.

She has been a Steemit mentor to me.
As we all know, it is not easy returning to something after a period away.
The platform was tough on my return, but it was through her motivations and post, I learnt blogging didn't have to cumbersome or fake.
All you really need do, is express yourself and inform others of the useful things you know.
To be honest, if I didn't get such an encouragement, I wouldn't still be here.
@ubongj steemit owes you my contributions,
you introduced me to this platform, and it has been a blast ever since.
Even with all my pessimism at first.
I finally do not regret it. Thanks man

I am glad to still be here, knowing most of those I started with are nowhere to be found.
To those having it tough, there is no easy way to success,
There were those who earned $0.5 on their Introductory post, but now earn $4 on each of their comment.
Persistence in you familiar niche will get you there.
This is an appreciation post, Thank you steemit.
I'm proud to be six months old here, and hope to recall more success stories by December.

I didn’t realize you have been on Steemit for that long. Good job! When I joined I was active for about four months and then barely visited it for five straight months. I had to study and Steemit seemed irrelevant. Then I returned and stayed on since. It is nice to see you have a group of friends who is also on Steemit. It is a good motivation.
