Im taking a different approach to Living my best Life!
Depression is growing or its finally coming forward and its no longer a secret. In order to combat it we must face our truth!
Take time and look at yourself in the mirror and talk to yourself. Have a pep talk, speak to yourself, as a true friend or as a coach.
The most important thing you must do is seek help. Someone will find the way to work with you.
Find time to recharge your inner self. All you need is the time to find what motivates you to change your mind to create your light.
Follow your heart.
Here are some tips:
Music - dance and sing
Read a good book
Entertainment - a concert, a play, or movies!
Food - nourishment
I cant tell you how much I love food!
Nature walk - pay attention to your breathing . Breathe deeply meditate.
Shut out the world for an hour or two and just be your own best friend!
Invite someone you can confide all your secrets to it will help both parties!
The point is stomp out all the negative and replace it with positive creative ways to enhance that feel good feelings.
