EXOTIC AND UNUSUAL PETS...CATS.

I have many cat lovers around me, and each think that their pet is the most beautiful, unique and most intelligent of all cats. (I tend to think all cats are mysterious, beautiful ,loving, proud and a joy to their owners).

There are however, apart from the ordinary house cats, some from mixed breeds, some very unusual expensive and rare breeds.
Let me show you a few.

MAIN COON
One of the most beautiful and largest cats!

Main coon can weigh up to 20 pounds, highly intelligent, proud,but very loving and patient, some however will only venture outside to explore if taken out by their human. They love to be admired, just look at the picture above.
UKRAINIAN LEVKOY

It is the strangest looking cat,it has no fur and folded ears...cannot stand cold and needs to be kept indoors near source of heat in cold weather.
SCOTTISH FOLD

A loving cat, great with children, with folded ears, and extremely intelligent.
MUNCHKIN
.
Adorable cat with short legs, and gives the impression of a kitten. Playful and despite their size, great little hunters.
LA PERM
. It looks like the cat's coat has just been permed, lovable, and comes in a variety of striking colours, very intelligent and lovable.
CORNISH REX.

Almost dog like in appearance, lithe and bright. They will retrieve just like a dog objects thrown by their owners to fetch. Their coat is soft, wavy and they do not shed. They can jump at high speed over distances.

KHAO MANEE

Also called the White gem. very rare, and expensive, they have either blue or gold yes, or one of each. An ancient breed, sometimes confused as Siamese. They are communicative and will talk at length with their owners!
There are so many cat breeds, and so many pictures of cats , it surely must be that they are popular with a lot of people!
There are cats that resemble tigers, some without tails, with different mannerisms, skills but all Give pleasure to those who love their furry friends.
