TIPS: Start the day with the right foot

The alarm sounds announcing a new day and unconsciously you put on autopilot, it's time to organize everything! study, work or you have to prepare everything for your children (or you are a robot and do all the above) independently, there is something that affects us all equally: stress. Either for that exam early in the morning, prepare breakfast for the children or thinking about the many things that should be done at work.

Prepare your body and mind for that routine that always seems to have no end.

Remember that you are the engine and it is up to you to make each day a productive and efficient one. Like a car that needs to run all day, if you do not prepare it in the morning, it will surely leave you halfway.

# 1 Prepare everything for your future: No matter how exhausted you are at the end of the day, remember that you will always have a morning to recharge your energies.

It has awakened like new! You do not want to throw everything, right? Imagine the following: wake up as fresh as a lettuce, ready to do everything possible to keep pace and suddenly BAM! You leave your house and forget something super important. Your expectations collapse and for another moment you become a bitter old man without reaching the middle of the day.
Be considerate of yourself and think of your future self "poor, you do not know what awaits you tomorrow, I will help you" prepares everything; your school supplies, the children's backpack, the documents you will need in your work. Take a step ahead of the routine to not let it consume you. Tomorrow you will thank him, I assure you.

# 2 Two minutes are almost nothing: it was late, what else? Two minutes will not make any difference, it is better to wake up positive than to fall out of bed and spend the whole day stunned.

See that little moment that wakes up in the morning as a glorious moment, after all, it will not return to the comfort of your bed in hours. Take a deep breath and relax, thank you for another day of life, one day later until your goals, you will not achieve anything if you are agitated looking for everything to go well. Do not try to control a horse without first knowing how to control the reins.

Think about what you want to do today and how you want to end the day, and most importantly, how you want to feel at the end of it.

# 3 The first bite of the day: if you're like me and you spend the whole day outside your house, I'm sure you usually spice up the food a day earlier for lunch. If I tell you to do the same for breakfast and dinner? This will help you in those days when you know that you will be destroyed or come home. But only the days that are necessary, you will not want to always eat the same at lunch and dinner. How boring. Prepare enough food for lunch, what is necessary so that it also yields for dinner and storage. As for breakfast, never miss fruit! Your body is a temple and your instrument. If you do not take care of it, why do you work then? Is not it to have a sustainable life and a secure future? Nothing is worth it if you do not take care of yourself. Always have delicious fruits as a beam up your sleeve, it is a quick and nutritious option. Or you can also opt for the option of preparing a sandwich the day before, not full eye, look for something light; Pike tomatoes, lettuce, some cheese and ham and keep them in a bottle in the fridge. The next day you will only have to chop the bread and add what you want. Something fast and safe.

The goal of raising each day to improve your life, study to work, work to produce, produce to have a good quality of life. Value your effort, and remember that all you want to achieve is your hands, because you are the engine. As complicated as it may seem, try to take things slowly.
