A bottle message in the ocean

I was brainstorming with myself about what I would write in a bottle message that I would launch in the ocean from a desert island where i would be lost and alone. I can only imagine it since there is no ocean access from my country, but I may do it for real next time I’m going in holidays. Thinking about it I may a have this lost and alone feeling when I’m up at more than 2000m in the mountains, but if I launch it from here it will broke :-)

My bottle message would be:

Dear unknown human,

Alone on my island, I’m philicaly stack but my spirit is still free, free as a bird. I can travel from happiness to sadness in a few minutes or hours. Nature and life are constantly in movement - Nothing is really important expect deaf - I want to never forget that love and kindness is free, always.

If you read these words, I am very happy. I would like to share my thoughts with you: try to remember you are a beautiful person, love is in you, don't judge yourself but learn from your experiences.

This bottle is full of hope, smiles, kindness and love. Please take what you need then take a minute or two for you. Find a comfortable sitting position - close your eyes - take a deep breath in and a deep breath out and enjoy yourself as much as you can :-)
