At the Kachin State, the area is widely recognized for its ecological value for China and so China Power Investment Corporation scheduled for Myitsone hydropower station. This Myitsone Dam on the Irrawaddy River will become the 15th largest hydropower station in the world and it can produce capacity about 6,000 MW.

The public are not agree for Myitsone hydropower station. And also the Kachin Independence Organization (KIO). They has its own army and still controls much of Kachin State. For the key political issues between Myanmar government were not resolved and tensions remain today.

And also another our neighbour Thailand also depends upon Myanmar’s natural gas to supply for supplement for their domestic demand. So Thailand prepares to import more gas from Myanmar for their growing domestic consumption of gas.

In Myanmar’s domestic also increase demand for gas consumption and highly need gas for producing electricity for public. But Thailand and China was set aside to generate power for Myanmar’s electricity-hungry from who people living in country of myanmar.

All the Foreign investors are increasingly targeting Myanmar's resources, across all sectors and also oil and gas included.

The oil industry is full of economic booms and busts around the world all the time. At year 2015 the price of oil and gas has dropped significantly due to the strong U.S. dollar, and oversupply in the market, and also one of the reason is the Iran nuclear deal. At the time he oil prices have been cut in half in less than a year, reaching lows price that people have never seen before.

One of the main reason is strong U.S. dollar become main driver. China also one of the world's largest oil importer, their demand is a huge and hit to global market. So if China's devaluation of his currency will also may be worse off than expected for global economy. Today the economies of Europe weakening and also developing countries are linking to china economy.

So China's economic growth will be impacted to global economy in a significant way. At the same time, china’s products are becoming more efficient and they still exports billions of dollars in goods and services every year.

Nowadays major powers in the world is China, Russia and the United States. Myanmar has to made relations with all this major power country to survive for our economy. All this major power country are not only for economic development in Myanmar as well as they are also key regional players in South-east Asia which will impact directly.

China and Russia are from anti-american group in their world. China is in a contest with the West countries when they influence in Asia. And also Russia s no longer has financial backing to compete with West.

China becoming its financial provider in many issues for Myanmar and Russia will lend hands to China if it doesn’t hurt Russian interests.

China has made impressive diplomatic inroads throughout South-east Asia, taking advantage of the lack of policy from USA and west countries.
