It seems to be the same strangeness everywhere you look. Where we live it's normally cool with some humidity north-west US but it's been really really hot this year. It's supposed to get to 105 and dry by Thursday.
I agree with you! It's seems very strange everywhere... I referred the situation in Japan in another comment here...
