Making progress cleaning the house.
I've been focusing some time on cleaning the house and purging. There's far to much junk and clutter. I also hope finally rent the little apartment we made in the basement.
Its got its own little private kitchen and bathroom.
And a very large bedroom, im hoping to bring in a little bit of extra money each month and get caught up on some of the debt I've accumulated over the last few years.

I love a good purge. I have to do it cyclically or else. One of the most fun parts is purging s/o's stuff that they haven't even looked at in 10 years.

Wow. I love it. I hope you can find someone who will take care of that place though. Always be careful of the people who you let inside your tiny apartment because you do not know them to well and they might make the place less desirable and gives you a head ache later on.
