What to do to prevent stroke

International nervous experts at a conference organized in Delhi in India last year, 20 percent of the patients suffering from brain stroke in India are under 40 years of age. The doctors have blamed problems like smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure, hypertension, and so on.

According to a recent report, nearly 20 million people worldwide are infected with brain strokes. The number is really amazing.

What is Stroke?

To live well enough, we need oxygen-rich blood circulation in every cell of our body, even in the brain cells. For some reason, the brain's cells become deteriorated due to the lack of oxygen, when the blood vessels of the brain are narrowed or interrupted due to obstruction in the brain. This is what doctors call stroke.

Reason for stroke:

  1. Those who have high cholesterol levels in their blood is more likely to have stroke.

  2. One of the main causes of blood flow in the brain is high blood pressure. Especially uncontrolled blood pressure increases the risk of stroke.

  3. There are other mental problems, including stress and depression, but there is a risk of stroke.

  4. Those who work for long periods of time, do not do manual work, including walking, they have more risk than others.

  5. Grilling instead of nutritious food, eating more of the fast food increases the risk of stroke.

  6. Smoking also increases the risk of stroke along with many other diseases.

  7. Regular excessive drinking habits increase the risk of stroke.

  8. If you do not have diet or exercise to control diabetes, then the risk of stroke increases.

  9. If there is heart disease, there is more risk of brain stroke.

To prevent stroke:

  1. To reduce weight, rely on balanced foods. Put plenty of vegetables and fruits in the diet.

  2. Walk fast and fast for at least five days a week for half an hour.

  3. Leave the habit of smoking. Sleep at least 6 hours a day.

  4. Keep blood pressure and diabetes under control. Keep weight in control.

  5. It should not be too tiring or tiring to be taken into account during exercise.

  6. If there is a sudden looks futile on hand, foot or any other side of the body, or it is difficult to see or difficult to speak or it is difficult to swallow, then do not take any risk, quickly consult the doctor.
