What time do you think a person needs to wake up to have a very productive day?

Productive day is all about spending your time effectively. It is not fully dependent on the time a person wakes up. However, sleeping time and walking up time will also definitely play a major role in making your day productive.

I'm a person who would say that a proper night sleep is very important for a person to stay active throughout the day. If a person is not having a sound sleep, it can be quite challenging to be active the whole day.

When I say a proper night sleep can make a difference, waking up early morning will definitely help. If you wake up early morning and plan your tasks properly, you will be able to see the day go very productive. The productivity of the day is mainly based on the tasks that we do every day. If we had to travel a long distance in a particular day where we meet lots of new people and get new exposure, the day will feel like a very long one with lots of productivity. It is all purely dependent on the tasks you do every day.

Moving from your place or travelling to places in a day really makes a huge difference. Even though you sit in a single place and complete lots of works, you will not get a good satisfaction compared to travelling to lots of places and meeting people. Virtual interaction with people through social networking websites can create a satisfying feeling but face to face interaction is always more satisfying.

Coming back to the topic, walking up early more at 4 am creates you opportunity to do lots of things during the day. Especially during the first half of the day. But only if you schedule the work properly. If you don't schedule the work or plan your day properly, any day or anytime you wake up, it is not going to make any difference.
