Thanks for sharing this, I am going through a bad phase and trust me this has uplifted me. Specially the part that says, sit down and establish your goals. Sometimes you diverge from your actual goal, and start running behind other minor things.
Don't be hopeless dear while establishing your goals you need to have courage. Everything begins slow and but you need to work on it constantly. no doubt hardwork pays off.
