To stay motivated, you have to reach a goal that is both motivating and achievable. If you have never lost weight in your life, you do not need to set as your first goal to lose 20kg by eating only green salad.
Aim for a more reasonable goal, such as:
Drink soda only at lunch
Never serve again at the table
Run 20 minutes a day 5 times a week
This goal must be measurable and easy. When you reach it, you will gain motivation. And you will also have progressed on the road to weight loss.
I advise you to change 2 to 3 bad habits per week. Little by little, change after change, you will lose your extra pounds.
