Self- love is the only way to show respect to yourself and to love others. If you don’t love yourself, How would you love someone else? And it’s not that difficult.

Chose what makes you happy

The first thing to do. You must know what gives you happiness. You eat healthy, you work, you have passion, you meditate or do yoga, you do these things because these make you happy. Happiness is important when it comes to self-love. We have different types of concepts that we learn from others, forget about that. Do things yourself to know what makes you real happy.

Grow positivity

If you think that negative emotions make you happy then you are very wrong. No negative things can give happiness. And if you want to love yourself, you must think positive. But you shouldn’t just stop negative emotions. Don’t judge. Rather replace those with positive thoughts. Accept that you have an ugly part, but you must reduce it. Love yourself with what you have, see yourself as who you are. And then make changes.

Treat yourself

Specially, if you have the idea of healthy diet, then you must cheat sometimes. Treat yourself to your favorite food. Sometimes food makes us happy. You should love your body along with your soul.

Take a moment to pause

Just do nothing. It really works with your body and mind. Don’t do anything, take a mindful pause. Don’t set any standards, don’t think of the time or don’t have any expectations. This is the time you are giving to yourself. Relax as far as you can.

Self -love doesn’t indicate how well you wash your body every day or how long you exercise. It is an inner feeling that will make you show love in your outer side too. Self -love makes you vibrant, lively, confident and more loving.
