Technology alone is no cure for the faults in human psychology as they've contributed to organizational corruption.
Technology can't change the "passions of man", so the inevitable cycle of society and corruption continues. The best we can really hope for is to build frameworks that acknowledge and accept this reality and can perhaps somewhat keep these "bad actors" in line.
On the opposite extreme, technology could someday provide a solution for this. However, as depicted in the movie Serenity, that doesn't always quite work out as planned either...
Perhaps, nature itself may have already provided at least part of the solution...! 🍄 lol
