i'm happy they changed the bathroom policy. after all, i could be a frequent customer but on the day that i didn't buy any coffee and needed to use the bathroom, i'd appreciate being able to use it. however, i do understand why they'd want to control the usage, but i guess they have to strike a happy balance.
