Durian Fruit Harvest

Good morning, steemit friend, this afternoon I will share about harvesting durian in my father's garden, starting the durian harvest after failing to bathe in 2015 due to high rainfall in the area. We feel relieved that the early durian harvest in 2018 is quite good.

The results of the durian harvest can generate income of around Rp. 20 million from the harvest of 30 durian trees. The level of economic income of the community if predicted to increase because most of them have a garden of durian plants.

In addition, they also plant durian fruit outside the land area. All harvested durians are accommodated by local middlemen.

Until now farmers still retain durian fruit crops making the annual revenue mainstay. The community has so far not cut down durian trees, although the price of wood is quite good. Logging is certainly not customary because it can cause catastrophic natural disasters and can cause flooding.


The population of durian trees is quite a lot up to thousands of trees so that it can meet market demand. Badui durian products if the harvest is abundant and supplied outside the area, including Aceh barah and so on, we are very happy to harvest the durian so that it can finance the marriage of the child, and the harvest yields are thankful.
