Acting On Your Dreams

in #life5 years ago

Hoping, praying and wishing will never be a substitute to working. So many people's prayers have been answered long before they prayed but they need to work it out to see their manifestation. Hoping for good things does not make you irresponsible, because you have obvious responsibilities to put your hands and mind to work in order to see the manifestation.

Hard work is never palatable but it is worth it and there is dignity in it. You have two options to make: it is either you endure hard work or you become a victim of hard life. You may dream big but the question is; what plans have you made to get yourself ready to pursue your dreams?

No matter how big the dream may look like and no matter how fantastic your "wishing" acumen may be, you must; as a matter of necessity; put in your best through hard work to see the fulfilment.

You will be surprised that the big dream you think you have, so many other have much bigger dreams. What distinguishes you is the level of result you can command, and that is a direct function of the level of work you have put into your dream. Remember; big dreams do not have the ability to fulfill themselves, you need to work out the fulfilment yourself.

Thinking should not eliminate working but should complement it. For example; you many have the thought to become a physician, but the truth is; you have to work yourself through medical school. Except you want to become a trado-medical herbalist... even at that, it requires more work because you have to learn incantations together with the knowledge of herbs, lol.

The bottom line is; no matter what you dream to become, it does not exclude you from hard work. No matter how someone may love you, they cannot work your hard work for you, because the onus is laid on you to get it done yourself. What distinguishes successful people from others is the level of the responsibility they are able to assume. So learn to take responsibility and enjoy the dividend in the future.
