Keep Learning

in #life5 years ago

No matter how much you know or how much knowledge you think you have acquired, there is still something more to learn. That is why it has been said times and again that learning is progressive and only stops at death. That means, someone starts to die when they stop learning.

No one can know the limit of their knowledge until they have gone beyond it. In the same way, no one can know what he has known until he has known what he hasn't known. I might be sounding philosophical, but this is the basics of life - and learning forms a fundamental basic of life.

Learning is without recourse to status, age, background, race or colour - everyone and anyone can learn new things. As a matter of fact, everyday we live, there are countless opportunities to learn new things that come our way.

Knowledge does not come with age but from relevant and relative experiences. That is why someone far younger than you can teach you what you do not know. There is no shame in the acquisition of knowledge. Whatever knowledge you seek, even if it is in the hands of a child, just ask for it.

An advice here is; do not despise anyone, because no matter how they may look like, they can posses the answers to the questions you might ask. There is no price that you pay to acquire knowledge that is too much - someday, you will see the benefits of that knowledge. If you think you are unwilling to pay the price of knowledge, then the prize of ignorance might greet you.
