Keeping Your Eyes On Results

The only proof of labour is in the result you are able to come up with. No matter how much labour you have put into something, the world will not be interested to see it, what they want is to see how the labour has been turned into evidential result.

This is the reason I tell people; even though you are meant to work hard, try to work smart too. Do not spend too much energy on a particular procedure to get something done when there are other procedures you can try out.

However, you will not know if there are other procedures if you do not update and upgrade yourself and flow with the current trend. We live in an era where smartness has taken over the conventional way of doing things. For example; you can do virtually anything from the comfort of your smart phone or PC - but only if you know the "how-to".

The world is tilting towards favouring smart workers more than hard workers. The reason is; it is only your results that will justify your labour. Let me give you this analogy: No matter how you try to force a door open, it may not be possible, but with the right key, you don't need to apply much pressure and the door will be opened. In the same way; only physical exertion does not guarantee results, you need to combine it with creative acumen.

Remember this; you cannot expect to have a different result from what you had earlier if you are still repeating the same old process over and again. Learn to try something new and experiment with new ideas.

Without experimentation, how do you hope you arrive at an entirely new result? The world is being ruled basically by people that have the ideas and can proffer solution to the questions of mankind. Believe me; the world may not like your face or the colour of your skin, but if you have what they need, they will seek for you.
