لماذا نحب الشوكلاته و الكنافة العسل
السكريات هي السبب
نعم
جسم الإنسان يحب السكريات
اول عضو يحب السكريات هو اللسان
لكن هذه المادة البيضاء الحلوة و المطلق عليها السكر هي مركب عضوي مكون من الكربون و الهيدروجين
الخبز يتحول إلى سكر بالدم
الرز و الباسطا و المكرونة أيضا و لكن كل إنسان يحب السكر بشكل متفاوت و لكننا كلنا نحب السكر
انا مريض بالسكري من الفئة الثانية و لكنني أوقفت كل السكريات اللتي تظهر بالدم مباشرة مثل المشروبات الغازية و السكر الأبيض و الكنافة .
الحياة أصعب من بدون سكر لكن يجب أن نمنع عن شرب السكريات حتى لا يرتفع السكر بالدم
