It feels good. And most of the crowd feel the same way. Or how else could these works keep going?

I would like to analyze this from the point of view of a selfish human!

While crafting the theory of communism, its forefathers including Karl Marx figured out that the charity cannot survive unless a scope for selfishness is left out in it. I feel amazed to hear the stories of selfless service and self sacrifice. Such self sacrifice does not even exist at first place. You will not opt to do anything unless you find a thrill in it.

Almost 5 years ago, while I was still in college, I along with my friends visited an AIDS rehabilitation centre located nearby our college where a number of HIV positive people were residing in. I still remember the events happened over there as if it was yesterday.

We spent a whole day with them. We served Bliriyani(An indian food) and conducted various entertainment activities in order to make them feel happy. There were children, men and women who were attacked by this fatal health issue. We indeed were successful in bringing in smiles in their faces!

But the fact is no matter how generous you are in your charity activities, still you are selfish!

It is not an exaggeration or an attempt to degrade the people involved in it at all. rather it is the very fact and science behind the human behavior.

I had really enjoyed the visit to the rehabilitation centre. We felt a sense of self satisfaction. To be frank, we were in more ecstasy than the people residing in there! I'm so sure that we wouldn't have gone there if it was not for the hormonal rush attached to it.

It in fact is a ploy of nature not to depress the ones who act and do good. Wonder how great the theory of survival is! It amazes me in every single and simple aspect!
