Depression? Be careful!!!

Today I stop in my publications related to Marketing, today I want to talk about depression.

Recently I was shocked with a person, who had taken his own life and not to tell the story so long, his family say that he had entered into a severe depression. He had lost his wife recently due to a severe illness, the money was not enough to sustain him, the financial crisis in which he was trapped kept him in a depressed state, until he could not take it anymore and made the decision to take his own life.

Every day we see similar cases happen and every day are more frequent, to the point that this type of news does not surprise us, they are part of each day of each of us.

But we need to be aware of this and not wait for this type of situation to touch our doors. All at some time and for any reason, we have felt bad and although it is true some people are stronger than others, we must all prepare to know how to handle this type of situation.

I have always thought that "Suicide" is the greatest act of cowardice that exists, since from my point of view a suicide is that individual, who is not brave enough to face the different situations that come our way in life.

Self-esteem should be a fundamental subject, in the curriculum of studies in the initial stages of our growth, learning to value ourselves, to value our environment and be objective, should be the most important activities to learn in our growth and that is where most of the effort should be focused on the formation of an individual.

We all know that life is not easy, and that on our way we find certain unpleasant things. But we must be strong enough and know our value mainly, and as strong as we are, we all always have the possibility to rise up in the face of any adversity. And know that on our way we can always overcome any adversity.
