As I grow older, I notice that people spend a lot of time telling their story and sometimes quite frequently. I think that it is possible to create a new story that you tell yourself so that your thoughts are more positive. I believe that the benefit will unfold in your life in terms of how you feel today and how you relate to others. Is it time to let go of the old story and form a new one that will make your journey through life more positive?
