Today is Fourth of July and we are celebrating independence day! Many people celebrate with barbecues, swimming at the pool, spending time with family and friends, and watching spectacular fireworks.

One of the most memorable fireworks displays that I have ever seen is when I was very young and the fireworks were set perfectly with music. The culmination of famous classical and pop music matched with each burst of fireworks lighting up the sky was amazing.

During my lifetime, I went to Disneyland once and saw their evening fireworks display and it was breathtaking and made you truly understand why it is called, "The Magic Kingdom." It makes fantasy seem like reality for both children and kids alike.

This evening, a few neighbors are going to be joining us to attend some Fourth of July festivities and watch the fireworks together.

This reminds me of another evening when we were invited to our friend's home that sits on top of a very quiet mountain and has the most perfect view of the fireworks. The display is even better when the night sky is completely still and dark.
