Today is 24th of January and the new year is gradually getting old. I am sure alot of peoples are still keep up with their new year resolutions. Those promise to ourselves like "I want to stay healthy and keep fit, by exercising more and eat more healthy food. "I want to take that exam". "I want to be a better person to my spouse". "I want to be more discipline". "I want quit an addiction".
All of that takes hardwork and discipline. It get better when we have a second party checking up on us to see how we are fairing. To praise us when we are doing well and give us the needed push when we are falling short. This option is usually not employed because we naturally create a resistance as human to other people watching and pushing us. This is one of the reason we fall short of some of the promises we made to ourselves.
Imagine you have a video camera following all day, 365 days of the year. checking your progress and how you are keeping up with your resolutions. If this happens, you sure will not fail at any of them. The consciousness of someone else watching will keep us on our toes and make you bring the best of you forward. We can create the consciousness that an imaginary movie crew(Hollywood class) is going with us EVERYWHERE WE GO. Imaging Steven Spielberg is going with you 24 hours of the day, filming a reality movie of you. What will you want the world to see you do and be by the end of the year.
