The season of love for the Italian striped bugs ^_^
It was really an hot Sunday today.The sun shines on the sky giving us hot temperature all the day, but watching around the fields it looks like an "hot" season also for a striped kind of bug: the Graphosoma italicum, also known as Italian Striped bug ^_^
As you can see in the pics, his body has stripes in red and black and this kind of texture is useful to pretect tis insect from the predators.
Today me and my hubby @paolobeneforti walked for a bit on the lands of his father (the dad of Paolo came back to home from the hospital just yesterday and so we're going to visit him every day and I'm happy to say his health now it's ok.
On the fileds, there are a lot of striped bugs on the white flowers and at a first view I can say it's the season of love for them :D
It seems that flower had a sort of aphrodisiac parfume, because there are a lot of couple on and inside it ^_^
Well, it's really an hot day with very hot temperature and while I'm thinking on how someone can have enough energy for love, the only thing I want to do now is to sit on my sofa in front of the fan!
