After running,I record the book<<How to win friends & influence people>>.

I disliked to read such inspirational or teaching books.It looks like you are doing the estate sales jobs,must have to encourage yourself and others everyday.

But my job is working with computer everyday,sometimes I feel that I don't know how to communicate with others.
It teach us much knowledge about communication,such as must smile(my mom always told to me that all the good luck will come to a girl who loves smiling);

Do not criticize, condemn, complain, but give sincere praise, sincere praise from the heart, sometimes can really change a person;

Respect others'opinions , never say that you are wrong;

The only way to win an argument is to avoid arguments;

Listen more；

Read more books is helpful to improve communication and learn more experience from others.

跑完步回来，记录下今天看完的这本书《人性的弱点》

以往自己的性格不太喜欢看这种励志类或者教学类的书籍，感觉有点像房地产销售的那种，加油加油哦，这样的感觉。

但是自从工作后，每天对着电脑，感觉都有点不知道怎么跟人家沟通了，情商低也是硬伤。
所以就看了网上评价比较好的这本《人性的弱点》

书里讲了很多，个人感觉印象比较深的是，要微笑（我妈经常跟我说的一句话是，微笑的人，运气不会太差，一样的道理）；

不要批评，谴责，抱怨，而是要给予别人真诚的赞美，发自内心的真诚的赞美，有时候真的能改变一个人；

尊重他人的意见，永远不要说你错了；
赢得争论的唯一方式就是避免争论。（因为争论，即使是赢了，但是最后确实输了，给别人留下不好的印象，另一个，对实际问题也帮助不大，所以要避免争论，反而会带来更好的结果）；

多倾听；多尊重每个人的观点；即使要指出别人的错误，也需要换种说法，而不是直言不讳。

偶尔多看看这种书，对于改善沟通关系，还是比较有帮助的，多学习下别人的经验。
