Keep running 跑步@simpleslife
I ran for a while after working at this evening.
I haven't been running for two weeks.I used to work nearby,so I always running after work or on weekends.
It takes about 1.5 hour from my company to my home now,so if I want to run,I should have dinner at office before come home.
I think this is also feasible. Running every day is good for health and sleepping.
晚上下班回来,又出去跑了一会步。
已经两个星期没跑步了,以前上班地点离得近,所以经常下班吃完饭,休息会就可以去跑步了。
周末也更有时间去跑步。
现在上班的地方比较远了,回来要1个半小时。
所以,要跑步,得事先在公司里吃完饭了,回来差不多消化完了,再跑步。
现在觉得这种也是可行的,每天跑下步会相对好些,也有助于睡眠。
