Delicious Maslenitsa

From time immemorial, at Maslenitsa always cooked a lot of food and baked pancakes. Such traditions are associated with the desire of people to win over the sun, to persuade him with the help of pancakes to warm the still frozen ground. Round pancakes were considered sacrificial bread intended as a gift to pagan gods.

Over time, many customs have sunk into oblivion, but pancakes are still baked as a hearty and high-calorie food. On the eve of a long lent Kuban and today are trying to eat a variety of dishes, and in no way deny themselves.

And this year Maslenitsa was very fun, and the food was prepared so much that it was impossible to taste everything :-) the Tables were full of pastries, kebabs, fish and other delicacies.

What did not bring from Kamchatka for Krasnodar. There was Royal fish, and Chinook, and sockeye, red caviar...

Everyone was amused and entertained by numerous animators. Many of the farmers and the company carried out tastings of their products.

Of course, do not forget about pancakes. They were baked in several places of Pushkin square before our eyes.

There was such a fragrance that a crowd gathered around wanting to try the Kuban "sun" :-)

Cooks liberally oiled circle for baking, and talked about how to prepare them. We shared recipes and offered unusual fillings.
