Kidding aside, it was very nice of your friend to give you a hand. You certainly have a lot going on, and the garden looks great, never tried snake gourds before, and probably won't, I couldn't get around the name, you see, I'm deathly afraid of snakes, I can't even eat if there is a show on TV showing snakes, I have to change the channel... Lot's of work, but you seem to have a handle on it, good for you!
